i2malaysia Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the i2malaysia platform — whether via web browser, mobile app, or any other device — you automatically agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you must stop using this platform immediately.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and i2malaysia. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to the terms is considered your acceptance of those changes. 2. Account Creation & Security

To access the full range of i2malaysia services, you are required to register a valid account. Each individual is only permitted to hold one account only. Registering more than one account under the same individual — including through different names, email addresses, or payment details — is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts without prior notice.

Any false or misleading information provided at registration may result in your account being suspended or closed. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and must not share it with any party. i2malaysia will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence.

3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules

As an i2malaysia user, you agree to use this platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable laws. You are prohibited from:

• Using any automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools to access, scrape, or manipulate the platform without prior written consent from i2malaysia.
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or breach the security of the platform's systems.
• Using another person's account or acting on behalf of another person without valid authorisation.
• Uploading, transmitting, or distributing any content that is unlawful, defamatory, threatening, or contains malware.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including payment fraud or game manipulation.

I2malaysia reserves the right to take appropriate action — including suspending or terminating accounts, reporting to relevant authorities, and/or seeking damages — should any of the above rules be violated.

6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms

Intellectual Property

All content on the i2malaysia platform — including but not limited to logos, text, graphics, images, interface designs, software code and trade names — is the exclusive property of i2malaysia or its respective licensors. You may not copy, distribute, republish, modify or use any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from i2malaysia.

Third-Party Links

The i2malaysia platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for informational purposes only. i2malaysia has no control over the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party sites and accepts no responsibility in relation to them. Use of third-party websites is entirely at the user's own risk.

Changes to Terms

I2malaysia reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are interpreted and governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from the use of the i2malaysia platform must first be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
